We are located in Metropolitan Atlanta Georgia and we are committed to the success of all of our Small Business clients. We have over 25 years of practical Small Business experience, coupled with extra-ordinary training and education. Our resources are constantly growing and improving; for our clients.
The Principal Executive Officer, G. D. Stanford, CCIM has both a Master's Degree from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS. CCIM's are widely considered to be the best of the Commercial Real Estate Experts.
For years we operated a Successful Real Estate Brokerage Firm focusing on Sales and Management and Development of Residential & Investment Properties. The transition into Commercial Real Estate Development began with our work for a local Atlanta based Developer.
After several years of Managing Urban Retail Shopping Centers, we returned to our Independent Practice.
Our Primary Business is Small Business Advertising, Consulting and Formation Services.
We offer our services to any Small Business (Start-up or Existing) and most our fees are determined by the scope of the work. We offer an hourly rate, as well.
