D. Stanford, CCIM. Formulated in early 2004, the idea was translated in its current form in late 2007. thesmallbizexpert.com is the result of many, many years of experiencing and observing the failures and successes of various small business enterprises. ( As a Commercial Property Manager, he would observe Start-ups come in to Lease space for their new operation, without the benefit of any Advisors, Legal or otherwise, and with no real Plans for the longterm Success of the operation. While it may be reasonable for an Entreprenuer to think that he/she can negoiate a Lease Agreement, it is completely unreasonable to think that a Business will have any real chance of Success without a well thought-out Business Plan! The Stanford Companies has been in the Real Estate Business since 1978, in one form or the other. G. D.
